Credit System:

• 1 credit = 1 AI prompt for application generation or modification
• Product specification iteration is provided free of charge
• Credits reset monthly according to your plan
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

Service Availability:

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content:

All content on the Site and Platform—including text, images, AI models, algorithms, and software—is the property of or licensed to Cayu Technologies, Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Applications:

You retain ownership of the applications you create using our Platform. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and improve our AI models based on anonymized usage patterns (unless you opt out under Business or Enterprise plans).

Restrictions:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works of our Platform or proprietary technology without our prior written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Billing:

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

Plan Changes:

You may upgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cayu Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cayu Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination
